Laguna Canyon Road Closure announcement from Caltrans:" FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEDaytime Closures of Southbound SR-133 (Laguna Canyon Road) Between SR-73 and El Toro RoadDecember 18 to 20ORANGE COUNTY — The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct daytime closures of southbound State Route 133 (SR-133; Laguna Canyon Road) between SR-73 and El Toro Road beginning at 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., Monday, December 18 through Wednesday, December 20.Detour signage will be in place to assist motorists. Please obey all posted signs and traffic instructions for the safety of all workers and motorists.Detour InformationTake the southbound SR-73 on-ramp; EXIT El Toro Road; turn RIGHT onto El Toro Road; turn LEFT onto SR-133. No tolls will be incurred.Caltrans appreciates the public’s patience while we perform this work. Electronic changeable messages signs will notify drivers of the closures.
